ACER Chromebook has a piece of the charger in the charger port

Hi there guys,

A few years ago, the end part of the charger snapped off inside the charger hole. Now, I can't get charge my old Chromebook because of it.

And I need the laptop to access files. I know it's nothing to do with the charger or outlet itself. It is solely because of the snapped piece inside the charge hole.

I will get the charger hole replaced if I have to.

It is not going to be easy to remove. Depending on your model it's possible the jack is open enough on the inside to use something really small to push it out. If it's broken off far enough out you might be able to drill a tiny hole in the end and grab it with a little screw. With even more sticking out you might be able to solder a wire on the end, but anything too close to the laptop would potentially cause issues with a soldering gun's heat.
