Nitro AN515-54 issues Every bootup, the hard drive utilization goes to 100%

Hello,

Two major issues with my laptop:
1. Every bootup, the hard drive utilization goes to 100% and remains so for over 30 minutes. Checking the Task Manager, although some of it could be because of Norton, the most likely suspect seems to be System. How can I ensure that this can be remedied without creating other problems?
2. I have purchased and installed the Trio Max extra monitors, one using the USB-C, the second with USB-A close to it (which seemed to imply, in documentation, that it was more performant than the usual USB-A). Everything has been running smoothly. However, about 3 weeks ago, my displays (both the laptop's and both side monitors) turn black, restore to what seems to be a lower resolution, then come back to normal. This can happen 10 to 15 times during an hour of use (which is employing Discord and Chrome accessing Roll20 mostly). Checking the display drivers indicate that they are "the best ones". How can this be resolved?

Please advise, keeping in mind that my hardware skills are limited.

Thanks

Forgot to mention: Regarding the second point (the monitors blanking out), not only is it frequent, but when the display comes back to 'normal', content opened as full-screen on each monitor shift (what was on monitor 3 now is on 2, and so forth).

    Hi,
    1. Recent Windows update? Look carefully which process/processes are using the HDD and report back.
    2. Please have in mind that your laptop does no support DP(native video out) over USB-C, which means both monitors are using the display link driver or the other one provided by the OEM of the Trio Max and a regular USB ports (meaning that both monitors have build in GPU and the driver translates the signal from USB to the GPU of the monitor to display picture). I personally do not recommend such setup for various reasons but if you have to look for an issue you will not find it in the laptop HW. Look for recent Windows and or Trio Max OEM driver update.
Please click "Yes" if I have answered your question.

For the 100% hard drive, I saw some forum mention that this is a “usual” occurrences with the Nitro 5. Recommendations was to bring back the boot process to bare bones and start re-adding stuff, but that seems to be just avoiding where the problem would be which could create another (eg. If the problem is with the load of a service for wifi access - I cannot “not” have that loaded)

For the monitor, I will look to Trio to see if they have new device drivers. For Windows, would it be only updates regarding video (like NVidia and the like), not USB or others?
