I am wondering about the recommended power wattage. The maximum power supply wattage for the acer is 65 watts. The NVIDIA card says Graphics Card Power 30 watts, but also says Minimum Recommended System Power 300 watts. Is it ok to use or not? Not a technical person looking for help. Thanks.

Depending on model Acer shipped either a 65W or 90W power supply for the XC-830. The 90W was for the versions that had the discrete GPU card. You should be able to upgrade your PSU to the 90W and power the GPU fine.
