I installed Acer Quick Access to view the on-screen capslock. After scanning with Malwarebytes Adwcleaner, it shows this acer quick access as preinstalled software. Why does it detect like this and what is wrong with preinstalled softwares?

As its pre installed! All its telling you is that them files are not part of the "standard" windows install, they have been added by the vendor. Sometimes this can be good, things like pred sense, other times its just annoying like norton AV (Why acer :D) . Malwarebytes now shows you all the pre-installed stuff to give you the choice if you want to keep it. Its not telling you its malicous :)

Preinstalled software is software that typically comes pre-loaded on a new computer separate from the operating system. Most preinstalled software is not necessary for the proper functioning of the computer. In some cases, it may have the negative effect of impacting the computer’s performance by using memory, CPU, and hard drive resources.
