The model Acer that you have provided a link for is a "Nitro 5-AN515-55-53AG; 15.6" Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 - 256GB SSD" and comes with a "Comet Lake Intel i5-10300H" mobile processor, so in that case the max memory is 32GB (2x 16GB DDR4 into its 2x slots) at either DDR4-2666MHz or DDR4-2933MHz, don't go higher than DDR4-2933MHz 1.2V,  260 pin SODIMM especially if you intend to go to the full memory capacity of 32GB (2x 16GB DDR4-2933MHz) as there could be a possibility that your laptop won't boot and there could be complications with more overclocked RAM types. Also update the BIOS to the last v 1.10 dated 2020/12/25 from Acer BIOS updates and make sure that your TRIM cmd is enabled in windows. All this will contribute to your Nitro 5 AN515-55-53AG to perform at its peak.

Here is a helpful guide and the official specs from Acer on your Nitro 5 AN515-55-53AG RAM and it also supports the M.2 NVMe type SSD'S that it has OEM and you can also upgrade to in future to either a higher RAM capacities and/or a SSD M.2 NVMe type higher capacity and similar specs, good luck and hope this helps you, as any of the above and exact specs of either RAM or M.2 NVMe SSD's will do the job. The different  manufacturers that make these is up to you to decide and up to your budget.

    OEM Memory & Upgrade combos"
