I'm having Acer nitro 5 brought in India. the specs are AMD ryzen 5 + 8GB ram and GeForce gtx 1660 (4GB Vram). it came with a 500GB SSD and that's not enough for me. I thought of making an upgrade to my laptop storage. but confused about which HDD could perfectly be supported by Acer Nitro 5. If I searched randomly there are lots of kinds in HDD. please, anyone, answer my question

Theres usually a bit after that, im guessing its AN515-43-R32U or simmilar. So this model should have space for a 2.5 inch bay and a single M2 slot.

If it allready has the M2 installed you may need to contact support to get a bracket and cable ( https://community.acer.com/en/kb/articles/444-hard-drive-installation-instructions-for-aspire-a515-43 ) if it isnt allready in the bottom of the laptop (open it up to see :D ) If you already have that or once you have it, Any laptop size 2.5 inch ssd or HDD will work such as https://amzn.to/3fxDdKi or https://amzn.to/2PddxrP for a normal hdd

So after installing (make sure you get the ribbon cable the right way!) it will either appear right away or you will need to initalise it. You do this by going into disk management, right clicking the black bit and clicking new simple volume. Use NTFS :)
