update bios on acer nitro n50-600 desktop

So spyderlady66106 your current bios is Version: R01-B0 Date: 2018/10/26, is that correct? Also, why do you want to update the bios? A bios update is not like every update that it needs to be updated! Is your computer experiencing any of the symptoms that all the updates for the Nitro N50-600 bios updates titles fix for the different bios updates? If they do, then update the bios, as doing a bios update if your computer and system is working 100% is useless and not needed and/or could brick your computer, especially if you don't know how to update a bios, be careful as asking a question that you have asked means that you don't know how to do a bios update for your Nitro N50-600!

Now and as far as bios is concerned, you don't have to do each bios update one by one if your current bios is not the last bios update, you only do the last bios update e.g. and in the Nitro N50-600 its the: Version: R01-D1 Date: 2020/07/17 titled "Fixed Intel SA00307 ME security vulnerability" and your Nitro N50-600 will be up to date.

For the bios update, you must follow Acer's instructions provided with the bios update in the Appendix > and PDF documents and use those appropriate bios updates guides, on Acer Community we are not allowed to instruct anyone on doing things on bios or any password related issues for the apparent reasons and because, if you don't have experience in updating bios files "its very dangerous to advise on a bios update" as you could and probably will brick your Nitro N50-600 Desktop and it will take more than visiting and getting an experienced technician to do a proper update to fix your desktop!

Aces warns you "Upgrading your system BIOS incorrectly could harm your Acer product. Please proceed with caution." as doing a bios update is dangerous and should be done by an experienced technician that knows exactly the procedures and steps of how to do a bios update correctly e.g. you have to disable your anti virus, never allow the computer to have any mains power interruptions while the bios is updating, don't run any software while doing a bios update and follow the exact Acer instructions as outlined in the Appendix PDF documents for the appropriate ways that you do a bios update for the Nitro N50-600!
