Auto Rotate Mode in chromebook

My Samsung tablet doesn't have the issue...I think it'must be an Acer brand issue.  Here it is, two years later and still no rotation or even the icon.  Because of my experience, I could never recommend a Chromebook to anyone.  Still having a hard time identifying keys and commands to go with them.  One of the suggestions was pressing the shift-control-refresh combo.  Where is the refresh key?

I finally found a shortcut for rotate screen and it works.  Shift-control and the rotate symbol on the top keys  four over.  Now I can stop going into settings, display and degrees.
