Have I installed 2.5" correctly? Aspire 5 A515 44 R8RH.

Tonight I installed a 2.5" SSD into Aspire 5 A515 44 R8RH.

Basically, want to know that its succesfull in the software side of things, physical install is I believe.

So I was not met with a initalise pop up ( i figure because i already done this months ago when first installed into now sold nitro 5 )

but when i went to do the new simple volume steps ( like instructed in guides from google) there was no new simple volume.

So all i did was a NTFS format to wipe it as it was FAT32 from a macbook external drive for a few weeks and Now i think it works.

Moving on, I went to see if TRIM was enabled on my drives and met with this response:

Have I set the drive D right, why does it say ReFS ? shouldnt is say NTFS for the second drive?

What is this?

The command you have posted doesnt have what FS its looking at,so it shows the settings for both. If you dont dpecify the FS type it shows for both NTFS and REFS ala
fsutil behavior query DisableDeleteNotify ntfs
fsutil behavior query DisableDeleteNotify refs

Its not two drives it is telling you about

For DisableDeleteNotify if neither "NTFS" nor "ReFS" is specified, both values are shown
