28" 4K monitor had issues with the color changing and the monitor going out

I do the hardware purchasing for my company and we purchased a 28" 4K Monitor for the development team. They had issues with the color changing and the monitor going out. I figured there is always the change for a lemon, so I sent it in for repair. 

I got the monitor back with a note they didnt find any issues. I had sent the monitor stand with the monitor and it was missing a piece when I got it back, so the stand didnt work. I contacted support and was told there was nothing they could do, so I had to buy a monitor stand from Amazon. I gave it back to my employee last week and today I get a message that the colors keep changing and the monitor is going black again.

Its not the cable or the computer, since we have replaced those since the issues started.

I just wanted to let someone at Acer know that we will never buy another Acer. I dropped that brand from my list of approved monitors and will focus on finding a decent 4K monitor from one of your competitors. I guess this monitor is trash, so I will recycle it even though it has warranty left.
