After Windows 10 update system doesn't wake up from sleep. First time it was happened few month ago. I have to do system power reset after that to load it again. I find temporary solution. I disabled power control in "Intel Managment Engine Interface"
But on this week Microsoft forced me to install another update for Windows 10. After this even workaround not work anymore.

I saw that you issued BIOS few fixes for for `SF314-42` already. Can you release new BIOS for this laptop to resolve this issue?

I installed BIOS v1.16 already.

    Hi Easwar,

Thank you for answer. I've tried what you asked to do. After reset BIOS setting I only changes SATA mode to AHCI to conform my Windows 10 installation.

Unfortunately this not help. System freezes again.

If your issue is the same thing they did that BIOS update for, you just need to disable virtualization. That problem only arose when Virtualization was turned on, which wasn't the default. If you don't have it enabled in the BIOS then you have a different issue.

    Hi Easwar,

I made clean Windows 10 reinstall 2.5 month ago when I tried to resolve this issue. I downloaded latest Windows 10 image and installed on new SAMSUNG 970 EVO MZ-V7E500BW 500 Gb from USB disk. But this also not help to resolve this issue.
