    Gutterball.

I removed the old drivers and rebooted.  I installed the newest driver for bluetooth and wireless.  It installed and I rebooted again.  10 minutes later, I lost my internet connection.

Frustrated and disappointed.  I didn't pay this much money to have all of these problems.

After this post, I am packing this thing up and sending it back to where I bought it.  Can you say ASUS!?!?!?

Again, shame on you ACER.  Poor quality testing and assurance efforts.  No more ACER for me!!!

    Hi generob,

To remove the application you go into the control panel.

Then you find Programs and Features> Find Atheros and click uninstall.

This will remove the program application and drivers.

I've tried this solution. It solved the issue partially. Now I can stay connected as long as S7 is plugged in. But, when it works on battery power, "limited connection" issue is back on.

P.S. I use Belkin N150 Wireless BGN router.
