I have a black fade on my screen what should I do about it? Acer Nitro 5

Two days ago or so I was using my computer and suddenly it got a black fade, what could have possibly went wrong?

    Hi AlexR76,

    Try to get into BIOS page and see if there is any black fade. If yes then it will be a hardware problem you can check for repair service.

    It looks like a dmaged bit of the backlight given its position, if its in warranty it would be a service centre jobby

  • Try pressing this region with your fingers, placing one hand behind the display and the other in front of the display. It is in this region that the edp cable is connected. It may just be a bad fit of the edp cable.
