Never received email about my repair

My Acer Nitro 5 fan I making a weird noise and I called it to get it repaired and received a repair case number and 
I was told I would receive an email the next day about information to where to ship the laptop but I've yet to receive the email (I even checked spam and nothing)
when I enter the Case Id on the website It says "Waiting to receive your product" yet I have no clue how to ship It

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Please call back the acer tech support and provide your case.id to the technician they will send the email with instruction for the repair.
