I've had this issue for a good while now but i was able to work around it. Now it's coming to the point of it being really annoying and im done trying to do so. I have a Nitro 5 with a core i5 9300h and gtx 1650. So for warzone and Overwatch, this applies  and haven't really seen it apply to any other game. These games tell me that i have a 75 hertz option to play them on, even though i have a 60hertz display. When i try to use this option, it makes my screen all purple and very unplayable. I was able to be ok with it for Overwatch since i was able to switch it to 60 hertz and fullscreen without it having any problems. Warzone on the other hand, says its on 75 hertz, but when i try to change it, it stays 60 for a split second and then go back to 75, with the problem still there. I have no idea what to do and maybe it's  a hardware problem? since in the past, i've reinstalled my drivers multiple times and even reinstalled windows for a unrelated reason.

75hz option doesn't have any difference on 60hz screen. Staying at 60hz will reduce most of screen tearing or errors.

You cannot set a screen on refresh rates it cannot play. If your screen is 60 Hz, it will work on 60 only. It will not work on 75. If warzone says you have 75, ignore that and set it to what your screen says it has.
