Why won't my acer nitro 7 laptop charge to 100%?

I am very new to the whole laptop world, so I am not quite sure what is happening. The laptop says its charging but doesn't charge past 84% or so and the led light on the side is orange and blinking. I bought a new charger for it and it still didn't work, I am not sure if I need to buy a new battery. I tried looking for that little hole on the back to reset the battery and I cant find it. Any answers will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

Laptops usually stop charging at some percent so that they save battery life. Usually close to 100%; my laptop stops at 94%, but it can stop anywhere around that. As soon as your laptop can charge from 0% to that high, I wouldn't be worried. So basically, it is just a battery overcharge protection. Stopping the laptop while charging while it is over 80% (which almost all laptops usually do) is the healthiest for the battery. As soon as battery life stays high and it is charging, I wouldn't be concerned. If you have more questions, you may ask. Have a nice day and happy gaming!
