Inaccurate fan speeds

Hello community.

Recently i've noticed something strange.

After gaming, or gernerally after warming CPU and GPU a little, fan speed does reach good and accurate speeds, but problem is afterward!
Example: i've been playing for an hour or so, temp is around 80 C, i exit the game, but fans stay at 5000 RPM for about 10 minutes still, although temps reached below 50-40 C.(screen shot below)

^^instantly^^ turning off Coolboost or re enable it a couple of times, fans get normal to a more reliable and accurate speed.

*This actually made me worried, fans do work for at least 15 min more each time temps get higher than lets say, 60 C.*
Any ideas?

*Notice 5000 RPM for only 39 degree which is idle kinda, i used to get 1900 RPM max or even some times 0 RPM before.

P,S: Alteady have leatest nitro sence and Windows updates and bios updates. no recent changes been made, except for installing a Hitman game lets say, i also re installed Nitro Sense and restarted PC, no luck.

Check the below link , in the link you can the speed of the Fan at temperature is given. Also few have given information that you can toggle the Cool Boost and its normal for the fan speed to come back to normal after 10 minute.

Yes, I've checked forums before. actually this time it was acting like "too-wiered"...

I usually after gaming at even 90+min and on hardware-demanding games like 'NFS Payback', and then quitting the game, both fans would get to normal after 1-2 minutes or spinning at 5000rpm or so, but after that they'd stick to 1900 rpm.

but recently, they spin at 5000 for like 15 minutes. btw, the problem is getting solved after playing with CoolBoost button a few times, like enabling and disable it again. no idea why these issue has to do something with coolboost!
