Notebook A-517-52 and reinstall Windows from a USB flash drive. After entering through UEFI and activating the bootloader, I saw that the cursor was not working. This is the first problem. Using the keyboard, I continued the installation, but I saw that the UEFI did not at all determine the disk for installation - the SSD and the second NDD. This is another problem. I reinstalled the disk drivers in Device Manager but it didn't help. Made installation in security mode and without it. It didn't help either. Please help me solve these problems.

  • Is your model the an517-52 or a517-52? If ssd and hdd are not showing up during windows installation, you must install the .inf file from the intel rapid storage program or chipset. On the touchpad, optional windows updates may contain synaptics or elantech drivers.
