Try this first as in some machines it will accept F11 but that’s very rarely. Before Windows 10 it was F8 and boom you are in Advanced Options. F8 was really straight forward and I wonder why it was defected to get into the "Advanced Menu" of Win-10?  If this doesn’t work, look at this guide of how to get into "Advanced Menu" by following these guides "Boot Into Advanced Recovery Mode In Windows 10” where you cn do either a "Startup Repair" or a "System Restore", see caption below.

Btw, to do a USB install media go to “Create Windows 10 installation media” and make a Win-10 USB media (which you should have made before with your SF114-32 got this problem) and also you should always make a periodic “Backup” of your system with a good software like “Macrium Reflect 7.0” etc., so that both the USB media and the backup coincides with your 1 SF114-32 bios and OS. Note, don’t do a Win-10 media USB with an MBR/Legacy bios laptop, as there is a special way to make a GPT/UEFI installation USB so that it boots with your laptop. Good luck and hope it works out for you.

    Try a bios default.
press f2 during the startup and go to bios. press f9 and hit enter. press f10 and hit enter. wait for the restart and check.

You are early enough that I'd just swap it out with your vendor. No bootable device typically means the drive is either not being recognized or is corrupted, either one could be an issue down the road even of you go through the process of fixing it now. Better to just replace it and let the refurb folks deal with it.

Fully agree with colleague billsey, that you should get Acer to fix this problem for any product that is under warranty, and as you said “I have rung them today and they are gonna swap for a new laptop” which is great but, I suggested all the above steps, so that you can retrieve your valuable data that you might have on this new laptop. Which is the way that you should do things when you get your new laptop. Make an installation USB with your new laptop and always back your system up with a good “Backup Software” for all your valuable files, so that in case of anything like this, you can restore all data and operating system.
