Predator Helios 300 battery issue

I've had my Acer Predator Helios 300 for about 2-3 years and for the past year I've been having an issue at times where, despite being plugged in, it looked as if it kept getting unplugged and stopped charging. This would keep going on and off for a while and then turning back to normal. It also didn't seem to be affected by what I was doing on it. However, it recently got worse. The battery seems to be stuck around 87% - 89%. It also randomly shuts down at times when it looks like it isn't charging and if I unplug it intentionally, it doesn't last turned on for more than a few minutes.
Nowadays it's getting worse if I play something and it also seems to turn off if I move it around but I don't think the charger is the issue.

I tried resetting the battery and reinstalling the drivers but it didn't solve anything and I'm not sure if there's anything else I can do.
I also tried tightening the screw for the RAM access panel in case there's a problem with the little safety switch. I'm not sure if that's it and whether I should try adding something to layer it and have some extra pressure.

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

Please open device manager click “Battery” and under Battery, please click “Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery”. Now, do a right click on it, then click “Uninstall”. Confirm that you would like to uninstall the Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery. After the uninstallation process, please restart your computer. As soon as you restart your computer, the Windows will automatically install the driver again. Please check your battery icon on the right bottom side of your Windows screen to see if it is charging.
Also, check all the screws of the bottom case are secured correctly.

Click on 'Yes' if the comment answers your question!

I've already done that and it didn't solve it.

    Thank you.
Unfortunately I can't calibrate it normally by letting the battery discharge as the laptop shuts down pretty quickly on battery mode even if it's charged. I will give the tools a try and see if that helps.

For now, the batter finally got to 100% and it doesn't act out anymore, even after gaming.
