I’m using an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-53-52AF and it’s been working good all up until today which when I turned it on I got No Bootable Device on my screen.I used the bios menu and the HDD section in the menu says None. I’ve reset it to the default settings and nothing is working/happening can’t send a picture because everytime I try it says picture failed to upload

There is a chance that your HDD has failed. You can try to take out the old HDD and put another known good HDD to see if the bios recognizes it.

Is this my only option any other troubleshooting?

If you have a external hard drive box or hdd cable, you can try to put your laptop HDD in and connect to another laptop or desktop. Or taking your laptop to a electronics repair shop is the best option since you couldn't do anything with the bios.

    Hi Mars12349796580,

If your HDD is detecting in BIOS,

    1. We can do BIOS default to fix the issue. ---> If issue not resolved

    2. We can do Factory reset.
