Acer Nitro 5 touchpad freezing (AN515-54-549R)

I have an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54-549R (i5-9300H/GTX1660Ti) and I am having some issues with the touchpad. Basically in games if I'm require to click and hold the mouse 1 button and move the mouse touchpad at the same time the touchpad freezes up! It makes charged attacks in games impossible. This even happens on Windows when I'm trying to click and drag an item. Or trying to select multiple items in windows explorer. Basically click and drag/point and aim are impossible.

I have tried everything, making mouse sensitivity most sensitive (Alleviates it a little) reinstalling the driver, completely uninstalling and deleting the driver (Both ELAN I2C filter device and HID- Compliant touchpad drivers) and installing from acers website drivers. The only way to fix it is a restart but the problem just keeps occurring, I have tried clean windows installs too to no success. Is there something I am missing or should I just book a repair?

This is something people have tried but not sure, just give a try
By going into Nvidia's control panel and disabling the Intel integrated graphics it seems to have eliminated the mouse stuttering.
