Nitro 7 AN715-51 series - sudden low speaker sound.

My laptop few months back had a sudden volume drop from one day to another. I did not care too much, because I very often connect the laptop to the external speakers or just use headphones, but right now because of the homeoffice I have more time to be currious and actually try to fix it. I read few question/answers and tried to find solution on the web but without success. This article is one of the most complex I found but still nothing. I also noticed that it is not so uncommon problem. More than answers "This should help..." I am looking for answers "This helped me..."

Thank you in advance for help,
Trakturek

Try to uninstall the sound drivers by going to device manager and restart the laptop and check

power drain: Just check the back of the unit, you can find a pin hole , unplug the charger and turn off the unit. now put a paper clip in the small pin hole and press and hold it for 30 sec.

Hi thanks for suggestion, but I already tried to uninstall the drivers and nitro 7 does not have a pin hole.

BIOS default: power on the unit, but as soon as you power on the unit keep pressing the F2 key so that it take you to BIOS page. Press F9 and press Enter than press F10 and press Enter. the unit will restart

Thanks again, but still nothing... I am thinking about thirdparty sound booster. It is not the perfect solution, but if I stay under the "unreasonable" amount of the percentage it should be fine.
