Spin 5 (SP515-51GN-83YY) sometimes doesn't go to sleep, screen sometimes doesn't wake up

Hello!
I have a Spin 5 that I've been trying to fix sleep and waking on for months now.
Sometimes it doesn't go to sleep - computer stays on no matter how much time passes (it's set to go to sleep after 30 minutes)
Sometimes if it does go to sleep, when I press the keyboard the keyboard lights up but the screen never turns on. I've tried different key combinations to wake it that I've found online but none of them work. The only thing I can do is hold the power button to reboot it.
I'm thinking I may do a factory reset as a last resort as this has been maddening, but when I tried that it told me that Windows "Could not find Recovery Environment" and I"m worried that if I use a vanilla Windows media recovery download that it won't have the all the drivers needed for the Spin 5.

Backing up a bit, here are the things I have done/tried to fix this without a reset (these are things I've done primarily to help when the screen doesn't turn on):
-Windows is fully updated
-Graphics card drivers are fully updated
-Bios is the latest
-Firmware is update to 1.14
-In Power Options menu:
Multimedia settings > When sharing media > Plugged in/On Battery > Allow computer to sleep
Sleep > Allow wake timers > On battery/Plugged in > Disable
-Network Adapter: Allow computer to turn off is checked, Allow this device to wake up computer is not checked
-Mouse: Allow computer to turn off is checked, Allow this device to wake up computer is not checked
-In Power Options > System Settings: Turn on fast startup is unchecked

I've also added and tried hybrid sleep on/off

It seems that if I disable the GEFORCE graphics card the screen not waking problem goes away, but that causes other issues and kind of defeats the purpose of having this laptop.

Another thing that seems to help sometimes is having the screen set to never turn off and just have the computer go to sleep after so long.

Any ideas of what else I can do? This is the only computer I've ever had that has this issue, and it's extremely frustrating.

power drain: Just check the back of the unit, you can find a pin hole , unplug the charger and turn off the unit. now put a paper clip in the small pin hole and press and hold it for 30 sec.

BIOS default: power on the unit, but as soon as you power on the unit keep pressing the F2 key so that it take you to BIOS page. Press F9 and press Enter than press F10 and press Enter. the unit will restart

    Thanks @Jack22 and @christy1!

I tried the power drain/factory bios defaults, @Jack22. It didn't seem to help anything.

@christy1 Critical Battery Action was set to hibernate already. This computer is pretty much always used plugged in, so I don't think that that would solve the problem.

I have allowing the mouse to wake up the computer set to off (unchecked), but can turn it on and see if it makes a difference. If the keyboard can wake up the computer (but not always the screen), would it make a difference if the mouse could do it too?

In power management for the network adapter, I don't have an option for allowing magic packets.

    Hi Jeff29z,

    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold Alt+F10 keys(without releasing the keys) ---> Trun ON the unit.
    3. You will get a blue screen(Title Choose an option). (Release the keys)
    4. Click troubleshoot option.
    5. Click on Reset this PC.
    6. Go with the option (Keep my files/Remove every thing)
    7. Then follow the on screen instruction.

Check this T/S and post the result.
