RAM Compatibility 3200 MHz DDR4 DRAM? PH315-53

Laptop model - Acer Helios Predator PH315-53-72XD (2020 Model)

I want to upgrade my 16GB 2933 MHz to 32 GB 3200 MHz

I saw many reviews saying it is not giving the advertised speed of 3200 MHz, but instead most of them say they get only 2666 MHz and some reported getting only 2400 MHz, but some say they get 3200 MHz.

I also don't see any XMP related options in my BIOS at all.
So will the laptop take the RAM at full speed automatically or downclock it?

Has anyone tried the above mentioned RAM on that particular model laptop?

Hi,
The CPU limits the speed to 2933MHz, so the modules will downclock to 2933MHz.
