I started typing and then i remember that i came across similar case, not because of CC cleaner, it is because of a reset. So, went back to that Blog, and got this site ta. Try this out & please share an update.

    Step 1:

From Windows Start, click the Settings Gear icon above the Power icon and select "Ease of Access".  On the right column where it says "Toggle Keys" switch the setting to "ON" if it not on already.

    Step 2:

While in the same settings window, look to the left column where it says "Other options" near the bottom and click on it.  Now at the bottom right is the option "Visual notifications for sound".  There you can change from "none" to one of three other choices: "Flash active title bar", "Flash active window" or "Flash entire display".

You can choose what best suits you!

What you said doesn't work at all, I don't think you get what I mean, I have an acer nitro 5, it has built in overlays for when you use the caps lock keys and other keys, but they aren't showing anymore, what you told me just makes my keys make an annoying sound and flash stuff when I press them. I still don't know what caused it, but reinstalling acer quick access fixed it.
