How to fix sudden freezing in Acer Predator Helios 300? - Predator PH315-53

Every time I use my Huion New 1060P pen tablet, my laptops keeps freezing at some point. There is nothing I can do to navigate my laptop. I have to force shut down and open again my laptop. I used my pen tablet in other device and doesn't experienced any of this problem even though the other unit have lesser capabilities than my present predator helios. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

There may be some compatibility issue with this unit. 

# Try to get the BIOS page.

1. Turn OFF the unit.

​2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit. 
3. You will be in setup utility page.
4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
7. Your unit will restart by itself.
