I just ran user benchmark software on my nitro 5, and these r results I got.

UserBenchmarks: Game 17%, Desk 57%, Work 14%
CPU: Intel Core i5-9300H - 50.8%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1650 (Mobile) - 34%
HDD: Seagate ST1000LM049-2GH172 1TB - 35.4%
RAM: Kingston ACR26D4S9S8HJ-8 1x8GB - 40.2%
MBD: Acer Nitro AN515-54

in every aspect my pc is working way below expectation, pls can u help me out. it's working in the 12 percentile.
Overall this my PC is performing below expectations (12th percentile). This means that out of 100 PCs with exactly the same components, 88 performed better."

Could you link to the result :)? I'm wondering if this the ram being in single channel / limited space dragging the gpu down

What are the temps like when running , and just to confirm its on AC and has the high performance power plan / battery thing activated (have to ask!)

@ when I play games like GTA v and fortnight temp stay between 60 to 90.
yeah, it's on ac, high performance.

IDK why uses benchmark software is not measuring Nvidia graphic card.

What all did you do to boost this up? Start with your background CPU and try to get it to under 5%.
Have a look at all my benchmarks... pretty much all are under 5%. Start with disabling certain windows services like search and sysmain.

From that it looks like it's two things, background CPU , and ram. Background pi is easy enough, use task manager to get what's using it :), you can disable things like the search indexed, but I really would recommend against it , most windows services stop when CPU is needed. It's more likely av or something like a browser or electron app

Ram is a bit harder, the laptop doenst support XMP to my knowledge so the only way to boost it is to get faster ram (not 100% sure what the max is, sri or another ace should be able to confirm :D) or get another 8GB stick to run in dual channel
