Charger keeps connecting and disconnecting

I also had this problem and after updating my drivers, removing them and adding them back, updating the bios, trying different power outlets, buying a new ac adapter, changing the settings on my graphics card, running diagnosis on the battery, I finally removed the back cover to check for anything and put it back, the problem just vanished. The only things I did were cleaning dust out with an air blower (though I only saw very little dust) and removed the charging port and put it back.

So I suggest trying those two if nothing else has worked, my suspicion is the charging port wasn't connected right but who knows.
