Hi, i have a swift 5 and it doesn't switch on since yesterday.

Battery is plugged and orange light on (not blinking)

I already tried to long press the power button, as i used to that move when the laptop overheat and need to force reboot. It's not this problem now.

When i unplug and re-plug the battery cable, it makes a 1 sec boot, there's flash light under the keyboard and the blue light on the side switch on very briefly and then nothing...

So it's not booting, not switching on but apparently charging.

Any idea / help please? 🙏 🙏 🙏
Thanks!

Oh and i live in very humid country so it might be a humidity problem... If so, how to solve? Can i put it in oven at very low temperature to dry it...!?!
What's the exact model of the computer. Flip the computer upside down, at the bottom of the unit you will have a small pin hole. 📌put a small pin inside the pin hole and press and hold for 30sec. Now plug in charger and turn on the computer. Pls keep the unit in room temperature not in microwave. It will burst.

It worked!!! Thank you soooooo much!

I tried the pin before but not holding 30sec.
So do you think it's a problem of humidity?
And is it better to leave the computer always plugged on charge?

    Model is swift 51452T-51MW

We have just removed the static energy on the unit. i dont think its because of the humid. when the charge is full disconnect the charger, sometimes power fluctuation might damage the charger and the unit. good that its working. stay safe.

Oh ! I got a lot of power fluctuations and power cuts here (like 5 approx per day)
I will buy a UPS and plug in through it for charge then.

    Huge thanks for your help!
