Hi everyone,
I am exerpiencing an apparantly common issue where certain games cause the Predator Triton 500 (515-51 in my case, but i hear it affects others as well) GPU to crash and disconnect from the system. The only way to get it back is to use a pin to reset the battery and restart the system. If I have Optimus mode on, the system will switch to the Integrated Intl GPU, but will soon BSOD after that.
So far the recommend solutions I've found have been:
- Turning off Dynamic Boost in NVIDIA CP
- Limiting frame rate to 120
- Disabling the 'discrete GPU only' feature in Predator Sense
- Disabling fast startup in Windows power options
So far, nothing has helped

Has anyone had any experience with this issue and solving it? I recently read someone say that it can be an overheating issue, but I am using HWINFO to monitor internal temps and everything looks good (the laptop is also cool to touch after the crash, as for me it happens with even less-graphics intensive games).
Thanks for any advice!
