Acer Swift 3 (SF314-42) isn't scrolling?

I just got my Acer Swift 3 today and as I after downloading a graphics tablet driver (Parblo A640 V2), my touchpad and keyboard no longer scrolls properly. I can scroll when my cursor is not on the page or website, but once I move my cursor onto the page it immediately scrolls up and I cannot scroll back down again. 

Most answers to anything similar to my problem have gone along the lines of checking or redownloading the drivers. However, I cannot do this as I can't scroll and click on anything. I removed the graphics tablet driver to see whether that was the problem but no change. 

Please help as I cannot do anything

Try the below 2 steps and check

power drain: Just check the back of the unit, you can find a pin hole , unplug the charger and turn off the unit. now put a paper clip in the small pin hole and press and hold it for 30 sec.

BIOS default: power on the unit, but as soon as you power on the unit keep pressing the F2 key so that it take you to BIOS page. Press F9 and press Enter than press F10 and press Enter. the unit will restart​
