I have used crucial's advisor tool and found that I can only go upto 16GB.
One of the older posts claim the model can take upto 32GB.
wmic memphysical get maxcapacity shows my laptop can have upto 67GB.
What is the actual capacity of ram needed? I know ryzen 5 2500u doesn't go beyond 2400MHz of rw speeds.
Currently I have 2x4GB wish to upgrade at max cap.

Max is 32GB(2x16GB) but it can change as per model. Provide the 1st 10 digits of your sn number.

Also, someone mentioned to me that the downloadable system scanner from crucial works well. Well, it scanned 2 slots of 4GB each but still claims that I have 1 bank of 1. Crucial's tools don't work do they?
@christy1 I did see that post, but I wanted to make sure that my laptop was not acting up (because of weird 67GB capacity scan).
    Thanks.
