I have recently noticed my battery power is no longer increasing past whatever percentage it is at, due to it being plugged in all the time I have been unaware of it. Now I’m trying to fix it I have tried the hold power buttons for 12 seconds leave for 20 mins and turn back on. Also reinstalled the drivers for the battery but problem still occurring. Any help would be appreciated.

@Ant1000 please let me know if you find a solution. I have also recently started having this problem with the same laptop as you. I also usually have mine plugged in so I didn't realize it until I used it without the adapter for an hour and when trying to charge it again, the battery percentage won't increase.

Try the above link and still if its not working. try a factory reset, sometimes bad battery can cause this issue.
