Hi,

Newly purchase laptop in Jan 2021, with I7-11th gen, Iris Xe Graphics.
I m frustrated on this issue, as soon as my laptop is sleep, I cannot wake up my screen and have to force shut down and restart.
FYI, I updated latest bios patch and windows update!

Hi Christy, my mouse and keyboard has ability to wake the computer.
My problem is screen cannot display after sleep function, your advice to disable sleep function is helpful, but it would also mean I cannot use sleep function.

how about using the hibernate option instead of sleep. try that.
Also try this in power options->advance settings.

    Hi Boon04141,

    # Reset the unit, (It will remove all the data--->Unit goes to Day 1 of default version)

    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold Alt+F10 keys(without releasing the keys) ---> Trun ON the unit.
    3. You will get a blue screen(Title Choose an option). (Release the keys)
    4. Click troubleshoot option.
    5. Click on Reset this PC.
    6. Go with the option (Keep my files/Remove every thing)
    7. Then follow the on screen instruction.

Check this T/S and post the result.
