[Triton 500] Weird problem with audio cracking when both 3.5 earphones and 3.5 mm mic are plugged

My laptop is Acer Triton 500.
I'm using 3.5 mm IEMs and 3.5 mm mic (I don't use any hub/splitter, I use the dedicated 3.5 mm ports).

When I connect both my IEMs and mic, I hear this weird cracking sound in my IEMs every couple of seconds (equal intervals).
I recorded the cracking sound using my phone so turn up the volume: https://anonfiles.com/H8O4PdMbp8/cracking_sound_mp3

I'm 99.9% sure it's the fault of the laptop, not the earphones or mic. Both are quite professional devices and I have tested other IEMs as well (the cracking sound occured with any IEMs I tested).
I also used USB DAC to indirectly connect my earphones to my laptop and it "fixed" the problem but this "solution" is not acceptable to me for a couple of reasons I won't mention here.

I also tried turning on and off many different settings of the mic in windows audio settings but it didn't help. Any ideas?

Didn't help. I doubt anything software-wise can help. Look how close the ports are to each other. I bet they are not isolated enough from each other inside. Which is kinda ridiculous in a laptop this expensive.

    Hi Mido96,

    # Reset the unit, (It will remove all the data--->Unit goes to Day 1 of default version)

    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold Alt+F10 keys(without releasing the keys) ---> Trun ON the unit.
    3. You will get a blue screen(Title Choose an option). (Release the keys)
    4. Click troubleshoot option.
    5. Click on Reset this PC.
    6. Go with the option (Keep my files/Remove every thing)
    7. Then follow the on screen instruction.

Check this T/S and post the result.
