I purchased this laptop on 22nd Feb, 2021 since I heard it has great thermals. I play valorant in medium settings and temperature rises to about 85 degrees Celsius . Then I downloaded cod warzone. There the laptop and even the keyboard got even hot I checked the temperatures of Cpu and it was 95C and system temp was 65 C and gpu temp was also 60-65 C. That is way tooo hot especially for a new laptop. Even when I switched the speed of fans to max. Cpu fan speed is always 4918 and gpu fan is 6122. And even then with all the noise the temperature of Cpu was stable at 90-93 C. At this temperature the Cpu will get fried. What do I do? People said in the reviews I can play these games at ultra settings but let alone ultra. I play in medium settings and temp spike to 90-95. Even the keyboards get hot and I have to simply exit from the game. Even when surfing using Google, YouTube, Twitch. Temp of Cpu is around 60-65 for no reason. What should I do? Please help. I got this laptop and have to work with it for my college life of 5 years.

And before someone asks, yes I always use the laptop plugged in since everyone recommends it as it gives better performance and increases battery life. And yes I have enabled the battery max charge to 80% thingy as it recommended in acer care center. It has not even been a month and I am scared to play games on my gaming laptop. Please suggest a solution. The product is in warranty yes. I want to be able to play cod warzone, in max settings but I am just scared to even play with temperatures always in the 90's. I have the 2020 version of the helios 300. I have provided all info. Please help.

PrimeAnas COD hat temp issues even on desktops so i wouldnt worry much about it as if the other games are on 85 ish cpu its fine and 70/75 gpu tif you want to get better temps you need to optimize your windows properly undervolt with ts and if still needed repaste it with kryonaut or similar if youre able to without voiding your warranty and as @egydiocoelho stated you can also check the fb predator group
