Blue screen on Acer Nitro 5 (AN515-54-5812)

Hello everyone,

I recently bought in November an Acer Nitro 5 (AN515-54-5812) brand new. Since I started using it I keep getting a blue screen with a countdown and it restarts in the middle of my work. I contacted Windows several times and they gave me all the possible solutions they have and nothing is working. This may be an Acer problem. what should I do in that case? Can anyone suggest a solution for that problem? Should I repair my pc on warranty? What is wrong with my pc?

Note: the blue screen appears frequently around 2-3 times/month.

    Did you try to do a factory reset?

    Try Altgr and f10 when the unit starts.
    1. Click Get started under Reset this PC.
    2. Click Remove everything. ->just remove my files->Reset.

    Hi M2M,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    ​2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit. 
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself. 

    Check this T/S and post the result.
