The only option to fix it will be doing a reset, but by doing a reset it will remove all the data.
So turn off the laptop than press the power button as soon as you see the Acer logo press and hold the ALT key and keep tapping the F10 key until you get option as Troubleshoot, than press troubleshoot >reset this PC>remove all file and initiate a reset reset. Once the reset is done you need to set it up from the start.

Enoquilism98 do what @Enoquilism98 (above) is suggesting but, first, and after you get into "Troubleshoot” use the “Advanced” option then do a “Startup Repair” and see if that fixes the loop? If not, then do a “System Restore” which uses a restore point on your PC and see if that will fix your startup problem and loop? The “Reset this PC” should be your last option as you will lose all your data.

    Hi Enoquilism98,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.
