Problem connecting to Access Point Spin 1 SP111-32N

I just upgraded my access point to a TP-Link router that uses 802.11ac, 802.11n, and 802.11ax. But now my Spin 1 SP111-32N Model N17H2 can't find my SSID to connect to. Is it my Spin or my router? Any ideas?

Try uninstalling the network wireless adapter and restart the unit and go to settings> network & internet and click connect to wifi and check

If it was working fine before, it's an issue with the router. Is the router broadcasting the SSID? Is it using the same SSID for 2.4GHz and 5GHz? When you click on the network status icon at bottom right of your screen, do any SSIDs show up at all?

It is broadcasting the SSID, I've connected all the rest of my devices just fine. The router is a TP-Link AX3000 that uses 802.11n, 802.11ax, 802.11ac, I'm worrying that my Spin isn't compatible with the 802.11ac format so doesn't see it.

The wireless on your Spin is 802.11ac and supports everything below that as well. The router should not have any issues with connecting an 802.11ac client either. Since the Spin isn't seeing the SSID from the router the next step is to see if it's just this router or any router. Does any other network show up?

That is weird... I wonder if Windows has a way to block a SSID that got turned on for some reason...

So, it looks like there is a way in Windows to block an SSID, to unblock you enter this from an elevated command prompt:
netsh wlan delete filter permission=block ssid="WIFI NAME" networktype=infrastructure
If there's been a block set that should clear it...

Thanks but it came back with "The filter does not exist on the system".

So that's not why the SSID isn't showing up then... I'm stuck, maybe one of the other users here will have an idea why yours doesn't show.
