    Hi Pooja959799,

    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold Alt+F10 keys(without releasing the keys) ---> Trun ON the unit.
    3. You will get a blue screen(Title Choose an option). (Release the keys)
    4. Click troubleshoot option.
    5. Click on Reset this PC.
    6. Go with the option (Keep my files/Remove every thing)
    7. Then follow the on screen instruction.

Check this T/S and post the result.

  • Hi,
Switch off the laptop, disconnect from mains, follow the instructions in the video, leave the laptop to rest for 15mins, reconnect AC adapter and fully charge the battery before start using the laptop, 3 is the reset pinhole in my snip, hope that helps.

It's also worth checking device manager to see if that can 'see' the webcam. Windows 10 has some nifty privacy feature which can make that appear under start - webcam access (I think)

Next step is to go into Device Manager to see if there is an error or warning message anywhere. It sounds like you either won't see the camera listed at all, or it'll be listed but with an error.
