sleeping or shutting down suddenly Switch 7 BE,

 I have Switch 7 BE, there is issue which is sleeping or shutting down suddenly during work mostly appear if connected to the charger, please i need help to solve it

    Since the BE doesn't have a fan it's not that... :) It can still be overheating though, try running one of the apps that monitors your CPU core temperatures to see where they are sitting. My BE is running in the middle 30sC right now, but I'm pretty much just running the browser.

    Check if the unit is over heating. because sometimes if the fan is not working. then the unit heats and shuts down.

    I appreciate your prompt response and help,

    yes Bill as your suggestion I use app to monitor CPU core temperatures, I observed there is overheating especially if charge is connected because the battry is heating during charge 

    how can i solve this issue, I think I'll visit the maintenance insurance to solve it

    My BE is running in the middle 50c with web browsing only !! that means there is issue in Cooling system on my BE

    Mid 50s is just fine, 95-100 is too high. Anything over 100C and it shuts down to prevent damage. Has yours ever been apart? The cooling on this model is pretty well designed, but your cooling might not be well connected to the chips.
