Acer just why? Touchpad problems. nitro 5 an515-51

I'm trying to contact acer to report a problem before it burns my house down. My mousepad has recently stopped working and got burning hot exposing battery to heat that could lead up causing it to combust or expand and become unstable. I'm out of warranty and i get transferred to probably some scammers that probably wants to steal my info and put malware on my computer they said my computer driver were outdated but their are NOT OUTDATED and its a hardware issue not driver etc.  How do i contact a manager or acer them selves instead of third parties?
