Hi everyone,

It has been almost one year with an acer swift 3 SF314-56G and there is a problem that doesn't let me be relaxed about the laptop. Battery can last 7 hours, then 5 and then 3 hours with practically the same use (since I bought it). I have tried the windows calibration but apparently it only made the problem worse. The thing is that I want to know how to make the bahavior of the laptop consistent and of course with its best performance.

To clarify I put this picture from battery report where you can see when I made the first calibration on November 15 and I tried a second a few days later. Since that happened I would say that my average time is 2:30 hours with normal use, but from time to time I get 7 hours doing exactly the same. That makes me think that there is something wrong that I must fix, but the only thing I have in mind is the battery reset.

If you have any idea to share with me I would appreciate a lot.

power drain: Just check the back of the unit, you can find a pin hole , unplug the charger and turn off the unit. now put a paper clip in the small pin hole and press and hold it for 30 sec.
Than try to uninstall the battery driver from the device manager and restart the unit
