Does Swift 3 314-56g have a SATA3 slot for a standard SSD drives? I know there is M.2 slot for NVMe drives because my Windows is running on it, but when i was watching dissasembly videos on YouTube i have found that some models also have a mounting bracket for 2,5 inches hard drives. Thats my main question, second one is what's the maximum RAM speed that this notebook will handle? I am thinking about buying HyperX 2666 mhz 16GB stick, but i don't know what is the actual speed of the soldered memory.

There is one M.2 slot and one SATA port on the SF314-56G.The M.2 slot can be used for Optane memory to boost the performance of a SATA HDD or for a NVMe SSD. The SATA port can be a HDD or an SSD

what is the model number of your laptop
for example: sf314-56g-xxx. Mostly the swift 3 comes with soldered 4GB or 8GB memory and the speed would be 2444HZ.

you might upgrade with a 16GB module to make the total memory of 20GB, you have a 4GB on-board memory and a slot for upgrade, you can install a 4GB, 8GB or 16GB  DDR4 2133MHz module.

Thank you for the detailed information, so there is only one question left - what about the SATA3 slot for a second SSD? Do you know where i can check it before taking apart my notebook? I just want to buy everything and have it ready before dissasembling the device.

If your Swift SF314-56G doesn't have the parts included to mount the 2.5" HDD/SSD, the Acer part numbers for the cable are either 450.0E70A.0011 or 450.0E70A.0001, the part number for the cage/shield is 60.GXKN1.002.

I am not exactly sure if it came with my notebook because i still didn't took it apart, thanks for the information, i thought there will be a standard SATA3 port, and it seems that i need a cable to connect second drive. Will something like this work?

That looks like it ought to work. Check to make sure yours isn't already in there before buying it though...
