    Is there a away to make a sd card a part of the internal storage?

    No, the SD card is always assumed to be replaceable, so can't be included in the system like the internal storage is. You can set most apps to use the SD card for data storage though, and that's the preferred method from Google.

    see I tried all things Google says and none worked to move apps it's like the Chromebook spin 311 doesn't support it or needs a update for it

    It is very possible you can't run apps from the SD card, just as you can't in most Android phones. But you should be able to use the SD for data. Each app should have a user settings that allows you to choose their data storage location.

    @JJMarker,

    I echo with @billsey reply..

    Most of the chromebooks does not support transferring/moving apps on to the SD card, Only a few does..
