Dear Acer agent,

I have been an Acer supporter my whole gaming career. I only use Acer products mouse, keyboard, monitors and the list goes on. It was fresh start on a game I love to play with my friends something I’ve been excited To be part of for a long time. I was so excited in fact I bought the EDO series ED270r to replace my 65 hertz monitor. Once I bought the monitor I gave my old monitor away to my nephew. 30 mins before the game launched I started setting up my new monitor with tremendous excitement. All of my friends were waiting for me in discord and we were about to embark on a 12 hours gaming spree. When it all came crashing down when my new monitor I bought from Walmart failed to power on. I figured I must be doing something wrong because I’ve never had an issue with Acer products before. After trying every outlet in my house and trouble shooting for 30 minutes I realized the monitor I have purchased was defective. I doubt I will have an issue returning the monitor tomorrow when Walmart opens but I missed out on the start of something I’ve been waiting over a year for. It truly ruined my night and my obsession with Acer products. Is there any way you can make this right? I’ll be waiting for a response, I desperately want my support with Acer to continue. I want to forgive you... I just don’t know if I can.

With love,

It's worth noting that some of the 'Acer' products Walmart sells are only supported by Walmart, not by Acer... There's got to be a reason.
