overnight, BT just disappeared, seems the USB Module or drivers suddenly incompatible.  General tab of Bluetooth USB Module Properties window lists device status as "Windows has stopped this devise because it has reported problems (Code 43)".  Please advice!!  Thanks!

What is your WiFi and BT card? What model are you talking about? As a first step with WiFi and BT functions (if you have installed the WiFi/BT drivers properly? And your card is not faulty or its arial black/white wires are plugged in properly?) is to Reboot > Login to Win-10 and if the WiFi/BT functions don’t work still, then press F3 key or both F3 and Fn keys together and see if the WiFi/BT gets activated? Otherwise uninstall the old drivers and then reinstall the WiFi/BT drivers again and if they don't activate do the above, as that should make your WiFi and BT work, it’s a very simple process.

thank you for the reply - sure very simple if you're well versed in PC, but I am not.  Working with Aspire A515-54, don't know how to identify WiFi and BT cards (they're internal for the laptop).  downloaded the current drivers from Acer website (but not clear on how to install them/uninstall the old ones - step by step instructions on how to do that would be appreciated, but can't seem to find that info on Acer website).  further advice appreciated.  Thanks.

Same issue here; got an alert saying computer needed to be re-started.  Since then, BT not functionninbg. It seems to be installed but I do see a warning tag on the driver; see as per the attached.

I tried updating the pilot, uninstalling / re-installing by right clicking on the driver and following the dialog box procedure.

    No luck thus far...

    Any advice?
