The R79R is usually sold with 8GB factory RAM. The 316M is often sold with 4GB factory RAM. Seem virtually identical otherwise. Jack E/NJ

I purchased 316M model but ram is same as R79R model unable to find difference

The vendor likely added 4GB to the factory-installed 4GB RAM. Might be slightly cheaper doing it that way. Otherwise they're virtually identical. Jack E/NJ

Unable to find main difference between these models, why Acer make 2 models instead of one.

As mentioned before in your other threads, few if any minor differences exist  between this model series. They may have been assembled in different ACER manufacturing facilities with slightly different case colors/combinations, different RAM & HDD/SSD brands / suppliers (for example RAM & SSD could be made by Toshiba, Samsung, Hynix, WD, Kingston, or any of dozens of other component manufacturers) with slightly different costs or vendor add-ons.
