How do I update the BIOS menu on my Acer Swift 1?

The reason I'm not searching this on Google is because I cannot find an answer.I recently installed Manjaro Linux on my Acer Swift 1. It did not boot at first, I had to disable Secure Boot. I configured my Manjaro Linux machine and then went back into BIOS & re-enabled Secure Boot. The BIOS menu showed only the exit menu, although it would pull up "Help" when I pressed F1. I could only see the exit menu, there were no submenus. Each item on the exit menu was flashing. I cannot boot into my machine anymore as Secure Boot will not allow me, and I can't disable Secure Boot again because the only menu that shows up in the BIOS is flashing exit menu. How can I fix the issue? Do I need to send it to get repaired?

well, having had a swift 1 with a similar bios issue after installing opensuse (blinking cursor and no bios access/f12 option etc) a few years back, all i could say is try removing your ssd stick if you feel okay doing that (but the screws aren't the usual cross heads, but hex ones) then boot up to see if the bios is now back to  its usual state (on the assumption this wasn't a prior bios update that messed it around).  The bios is pretty poorly compiled imho.
